Your installer will drill into the ground as part of the installation process only if booked. The pergola must be bolted down either by your installer or at a later date to avoid disruptions to your warranty.
Your installer will take reasonable care to avoid underground utilities or structures; however, we cannot guarantee their absence.
Your installer will NOT accept responsibility for any damage to utilities, tiles, structures, or the surrounding area that may occur during the installation process. Drilling is completely at the consumer's risk.
Your installer, the drivers, or the retailer will NOT be liable for any damages resulting from drilling or installation.
You will need to approve each leg’s location within your garden. You will be required to confirm that you are happy for the crew to drill in the specified areas and confirm that the area is level before installation starts.
You will need to ensure there is an outdoor electrical connection before installation can be completed.
