Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- This Extended Warranty (“Warranty”) is available to customers who purchase a Supremo Ltd product from an authorised retailer in the United Kingdom.
- To qualify, customers must register their warranty within 28 calendar days of purchase.
2. Registration
- Registration must be completed online at supremouk.com/warranty-registration or via email to help@supremouk.com if accessibility forms are required.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be retained and may be requested to validate the warranty.
- Failure to register within 28 days will result in the Extended Warranty being unavailable. Customers will still retain their statutory rights under UK consumer law. Failure to register or provide the correct proof of purchase, the standard warranty will apply.
3. Duration of Coverage
- The Extended Warranty provides coverage for an additional 3-years beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty period.
- Coverage begins on the date of purchase, provided registration is completed within the required timeframe.
4. Scope of Coverage
- The Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.
- The Warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Consumables or accessories (e.g., batteries, bulbs, filters)
- Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
- Repairs carried out by unauthorised service providers
5. Claims Process
- To make a claim, customers must contact Supremo Ltd with proof of purchase and warranty registration confirmation.
- The company reserves the right to inspect the product before approving repairs or replacements.
- Repairs or replacements under this Warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
6. Limitations
- This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the customer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising under this Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
